Return Policy
Thanks so much for ordering from my shop. If something is wrong with your order, or you've had a change of heart and you'd like to return it, here is how that would go.
From the moment of receiving your items, you have 14 days to return them to me.
Refunds:
- After receiving your returned item(s), I will inspect them and notify you as soon as I'm able to.
- Your refund will then be processed to your original payment method.
- The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items on sale
- Custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Downloadables
Damaged or Defective Products:
Did you receive an item that's damaged or defective? Please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
